Leadenham Teahouse is uniquely located within Leadenham Village Post Office. In 2013, after a period of closure our family re-opened the Post Office. With the threat of closure still looming if footfall did not improve we began to diversify the Post Office business by expanding into a small deli, stocking quality local produce and working closely with producers of honey, biscuits, & cheeses.
To secure the future of the Post Office our family (Mother and two daughters) have diversified further, using all of our personal savings to open Leadenham Teahouse and gift shop in October 2015.
“Leadenham Teahouse & Gift Shop” ethos of using artisan local produce has remained the focus for all of us. Using only award winning bakeries, including OTTAR chocolate at Welbeck Estate, Welbeck Bakehouse & Hambleton Bakery winners of “Britains Best Bakery”
Our quaint gift shop stocks an array of fresh flowers, beautiful quality greeting cards & homeware gifts.
The fresh flowers are lovingly hand-tied into beautiful bouquets. The gift shop is an ideal place to purchase products, which make any house a home.
